Through this website, we sell and distribute products under the Depeapa® brand.

Intellectual property.
All the products for sale in our online shop are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights, of which Verónica de Arriba is the sole owner. In no case shall the abovementioned rights be transmitted or given up without our express prior written consent.

Specifically, this web’s contents cannot be reinterpreted, distributed or used for commercial purposes. In case of doubt, feel free to ask and we will be glad to inform you.

Price and taxes.
They are as marked on every item, showed in euro (€), and they include the current VAT in Spain, which is 21%.

Payment method.
You can pay our products either with a debit or credit card or with the safe payment platform Paypal. No Paypal account is needed, checkout with the Paypal anyway and follow the instructions.

Delivery.
All orders are shipped from Spain with shipping number. 
The packages are dispatched 1-2 days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time using Tracked shipping:

– to Spain: 72 hours

–International shipping–

I ship via FIRST-CLASS INTERNATIONAL SERVICE which gives tracking information on the package.

– to Europe: 3-5 working days
– to Russia: about 9 working days
– to the rest of the world: 6-8 working days, depending on destination country.

The majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but occasionally they can take longer especially if they are held up in customs.

All taxes, customs and fees charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

When you place your order, please check your delivery address and data. Should there be any mistake preventing delivery, the new shipment will be at your cost. If the mail service cannot accomplish the delivery at the provided address and the package stays for 15 days at the post office, it will eventually be returned to our studio and you will have to pay for the new shipment.
