Return time period: 10 natural days since delivery date.

Customers will be liable for shipping costs unless there was an error or defective merchandise. We do not accept freight collect shipments. Please send your returns through a serious shipment company. Depeapa will not be responsible for any damage, loss or robbery during transport.

Once we check that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Exchanges can be accepted by a similar or higher price item. In case of higher price, you must pay the difference.

In case of return, we will refund the original method of payment within five working days upon reception of the goods.
