For this 2014 calendar I was inspired by the “Lenço dos namorados”, an ancient kind of embroidery that Portuguese women sewed and gave as gift to the object of their love. I first knew this embroidering technique during a trip to Oporto. I loved their naïve style and I reinterpreted them to suit my own style. The calendars had a complimentary badge. It was a limited edition of 50 units.
